D500X Ultrasound Detector/Recorder Mk ID500X Ultrasound Detector/Recorder Mk I
The D500X is an ultrasound recording unit intended for long-term, unattended recording of bat calls. In contrast to time expansion bat detectors, the D500X records full-spectrum ultrasound in real time with virtually no gaps between recordings. The recorder is equipped with four slots for CF cards, which typically makes it possible to leave the unit in the field for more than a month. The triggering system allows the device to automatically start recording as a sound is detected.

D500X Ultrasound Detector/Recorder Mk IID500X Ultrasound Detector/Recorder Mk II
The D500X Mk II is as easy to use and provides the same features as the classic D500X, with the following exceptions:
- It does not include an internal microphone. Instead it ships with an external microphone which is either directly connected to the microphone jack or through an extension cable. The microphone jack is an XLR type so no adapter cable is required.
- It is powered by 4 C type batteries which last roughly three times longer than the AA batteries used in the classic D500X.
- The jack for external power is a standard 2.5 mm DC power jack for easy connection.

1000 series ornithological net
Yarn of Japanese production NYLON D110 / 2
The nets made of the 1000 series material are stronger than the 700 series nets, but despite the thicker material they are only slightly more visible. They are also highly effective.
High-quality Japanese material does not lose its deep black color even after 500 days of outdoor exposure. Therefore, networks from this series are recommended especially for long-term research. Thicker material is also safer for birds and easier to handle.
Each network has an individual serial number, which is located on the cap of one of the green ears. This allows you to follow the path of a specific network in the event of, for example, misuse. The serial number is also the basis for the complaint. Keep the label with the number!
The high quality and efficiency of our ornithological nets are the result of over 25 years of experience.
Our networks have been and are constantly tested in various, often difficult conditions.
We have used them in every latitude, from the Arctic to tropical forests and deserts …
ECOTONE nets are made of original high-quality nylon and polyester material from Japan.
For the production of the 2000 series chain, we use high-quality material of Polish production.

An ornithological net from the 2000 series
Polish production yarn NYLON D235 / 3
The net is intended for night-time trapping of birds. Often used for catching at night with reproduced voices.
The net is made of a triple weave yarn, thanks to which the net is thicker and stiffer – the birds tend to tangle less and are very easy to remove from the net.
The high quality and efficiency of our ornithological nets are the result of over 25 years of experience.
Our networks have been and are constantly tested in various, often difficult conditions.

The official presentation of the latest ECOTONE product called M-14 took place at the “14th International Bat Research Conference” in Mexico in 2007. But not only the presentation was the most important for us – we decided to provide the organizers with our latest product and during Bat Netting And Acoustics Night our networks passed a positive effectiveness and quality test !!!
In Europe, our production networks of this type were presented for the first time in 2008 at EUROBATS in Romania and in 2009 at the “1st International Symposium on Bat Migration” in Berlin (16-18.01.2009).
Since then, they have been very popular among chiropterologists all over the world. Encouraged by the positive reception of this product, we introduced the M-20 chain (20mm mesh) to the production, which are available for sale in our store. In response to numerous inquiries regarding the possibility of launching the production of networks from white material, at the end of 2011, we also introduced ultra-thin white networks.
